I love being a therapist and I am passionate about helping others. My biggest hope is for my clients to feel empowered to reach their goals. I have had a wide range of experience working in many different settings with children, adolescents, and adults. I treat many issues including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, behavioral issues, family conflict, codependency, social skills, life transitions, and others.

Coping with problems is a lot less daunting when you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to seeing where I can be helpful for you!

I utilize a combination of various psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, mindfulness, and somatic modalities depending on each patient’s individual needs and goals for treatment.

With a passion for fostering resilience and promoting positive change, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing various life challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding that every person’s journey is different and should be treated as such. I believe in the power of a positive mindset and the importance of cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their strengths, values, and goals, in order to empower them to overcome obstacles and embrace their full potential.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions.   I strive to create a safe and supportive space where your treatment is guided by your needs.
